Once your complete application has been reviewed by our staff, your event may be scheduled to go before the Interdepartmental Staff Committee on Traffic and Transportation (ISCOTT) for final review and approval by all the City departments who permit special events. Please email us with a detailed description of the planned event at we will assess your eligibility. If you are a community serving non-profit looking to do a small, simple, non-commercial event, you may be eligible to apply for a special event permit at a reduced fee.
